The victims — who are believed to be sisters, according to sources — each suffered multiple stab wounds and were rushed to Lincoln Hospital.

The older woman, identified as 57-year-old Rosemary Tapia-Bautista, died at the hospital while the surviving victim, 40, was in stable condition, police said.
